Creekside
Dinery and marshside
deck is nestled among beautiful magnolia trees
beside one of St. Augustine's oldest boatyards
on Gonzales Creek off the Intracoastal Waterway.
When it opened its doors in 1991 in an
old whitewashed Southern-style house with confederate
jasmine draped front porches and a white picket
fence enclosed flower (rose) garden, Creekside
introduced its own distinctive style of southern
cuisine with special emphasis on plank cooking
- baking fish, chicken and steak on a 1"
thick oak plank which seals in the juices and
imparts a subtle wood flavor to the meat. Creekside
also offers a wide assortment of fresh local seafood,
distinctive appetizers, desserts and a full bar.
